You can no longer manage your company profile, contact clients, or view insights using the Google My Business mobile app for iOS and Android. When you try to use it now, the app informs you that “the Google My Business app is no longer available.”
Expected. When Google switched from Google My Business to Google Business Profile last November, Google warned us that the Google My Business app will be totally retired in 2022. That day has finally arrived.
What now? Google advises you to manage your Google Business Profile in Google Maps or Google Search. You can maintain your Business profile, check your performance, and interact with consumers directly on Google Maps and Search, according to Google. You can also receive notifications straight from the Google Maps app, so be sure you download it and sign in with your Business Profile.
Email. Google also contacted companies late yesterday night to inform them that “starting in July 2022, the Google My Business mobile app will no longer be available, and the Google Maps app will be the ideal site for responding to customer messages on mobile.” Turn on your alerts to be alerted of new incoming messages by email and Google Maps push notifications. You may also react to messages from your Google Business Profile.”

Again, Google has informed us that this change is on the way and has even contacted us many times stating it would be implemented shortly. The Google My Business app is no longer available.
